Mexico To Hold Off On COOL Legal Challenge For Now

Mexico is holding off on requesting the establishment of a World Trade Organization panel challenging U.S. mandatory country-of-origin (COOL) policy until it has a greater understanding of the direction the Obama administration is taking on the issue, sources this week said.
