Agriculture groups from NAFTA countries balk at USTR's deficit focus
Major agriculture organizations from the U.S., Mexico and Canada on Aug. 16 voiced concerns about U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer's focus on trade deficits in his opening remarks at the NAFTA renegotiation talks in Washington, DC.
