President Trump and trade policy: fasten your seat belts

Candidate Trump volubly promised to undo NAFTA, beat back the Trans-Pacific Partnership, impose huge tariffs on China and Mexico, and rewrite the rules of trade. The big question is how much of Candidate Trump’s wish list will translate into President Trump’s policy.
