Wyden to Greer: Binding trade deals must be approved by Congress
Ahead of next week’s deadline for countries to negotiate trade deals and avoid steep new tariffs, Senate Finance Committee ranking member Ron Wyden is arguing that any resulting deals must be submitted to Congress for approval to be binding.
