WTO panel established in U.S.-Turkey steel dispute; no agreement on filling Appellate Body seats

In response to a second request from Turkey, a World Trade Organization dispute settlement panel has been established to review U.S. countervailing duty measures on a slew of steel pipe and tube products from Turkey.
