WTO members renew debate on deadline for TRIPS expansion talks

After agreeing on Friday to extend the deadline of the negotiations on whether to include tests and treatments in a intellectual property-related decision on COVID-19 vaccines, World Trade Organization members on Monday are at an impasse once again following a proposal by a handful of countries to set a new end-of-March deadline.
