WTO fisheries negotiators aim for consolidated text well before MC12

To get a deal on fisheries subsidies done by the World Trade Organization ministerial conference in June, negotiators will have to put together a consolidated negotiating text well before -- potentially as soon as early April, the chair of the talks said this week.
