WTO arbiter to rule on Korea's request to retaliate in pipe dispute with U.S.

A World Trade Organization arbiter will decide whether -- and how much -- South Korea can retaliate against the U.S. in a dispute over the latter’s antidumping duties on pipes used for oil and gas production.
