WTO Appellate Body members condemn ‘misrepresentations’ in media

Three World Trade Organization Appellate Body members on Tuesday condemned what they called media “misrepresentations” of their conduct, particularly their assertions during a discussion with the WTO director-general about the director of the Appellate Body Secretariat.
