White House working with Wyden, stakeholders on executive order targeting data exports
The Biden administration has been engaging stakeholders and has consulted Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-OR) on a forthcoming executive order that would restrict exports of U.S. citizens’ data to foreign entities of concern via data brokers and other intermediaries.
