USTR seeks comment on pandemic-related Section 301 tariff exclusions

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public comment on whether to further extend exclusions for COVID-19-related products from Section 301 tariffs, which were set to expire at the end of the month. To accommodate the public comment period, USTR has temporarily extended the exclusions for 75 days, according to a notice from the agency .
