USTR expects to host eight negotiating rounds in FY2020

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative expects to host eight negotiating rounds in fiscal year 2020, according to a budget justification document released on Tuesday. The document, prepared for Congress, requests more funding to cover four additional staffers it says will be needed for those negotiations.
