U.S. says proposed EU Space Act violates ‘spirit’ of trade framework
A European Union legislative proposal to create a single market for European space activities would erect new non-tariff barriers and regulatory burdens, the U.S. government has told Brussels, contending that the “EU Space Act” in its current form “contradicts the spirit of” the trade framework the two sides announced in August.
