U.S. moves to dismiss Canadian investor’s ISDS claim over Keystone pipeline
The United States last week filed a request to terminate investor-state dispute settlement proceedings initiated by Canada’s TC Energy in response to the Biden administration's January 2021 revocation of a permit to build the KeystoneXL pipeline.
