U.S., Mexico making progress on NAFTA’s IP chapter in bilateral talks
U.S. and Mexican negotiators are making progress on the North American Free Trade Agreement’s intellectual property chapter -- often characterized as one of the least-developed -- as the two sides attempt to advance in key areas before Canada returns to the negotiating table, according to industry sources.
