U.S., EU, Japan suggest changes to WTO subsidies agreement

U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and his European and Japanese counterparts on Tuesday identified what they call gaps in World Trade Organization rules on subsidies and suggested ways to tighten those rules and address several longstanding U.S. complaints.
