U.S. argues Appellate Body report not legitimate, but joins consensus for adoption

The U.S. argued at the World Trade Organization on Wednesday that an Appellate Body report in a dispute between Morocco and Turkey was merely an “advisory opinion” because it was issued after a 90-day deadline, though it joined the consensus in adopting the report.
