U.S. accuses China of ‘specious’ use of WTO dispute settlement against Canada
China’s challenge of Canadian measures at the World Trade Organization is a “specious” use of the dispute settlement system because Beijing already has imposed retaliatory measures unilaterally, the U.S. argued on Monday.
