Trump directs Treasury, USTR to draft protections against ‘discriminatory’ taxes
President Trump has directed his yet-to-be-confirmed Treasury secretary and U.S. Trade Representative to draw up plans for potential retaliatory measures against “discriminatory and extraterritorial” taxes.
