Survey: Management, political experience prized in search for WTO leader
The global trade community is looking for a new World Trade Organization director-general with not only political bona fides, but also management experience, according a new survey. Eight candidates have thrown their hats into the ring to replace Director-General Roberto Azevêdo – hailing from Mexico, Egypt, Nigeria, Moldova, South Korea, Kenya, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
