Steel pipe maker files federal, state claims against Mexico for alleged trade violations
A steel pipe maker is taking the Mexican government to U.S. federal court over longstanding grievances about steel conduit imports it says violate a 2019 bilateral agreement, while filing related actions at a Pennsylvania court and with the U.S. Homeland Security Department.
