Sources: USTR plans to release digital services tax findings in January

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is aiming to release the results of Section 301 investigations into digital services taxes being considered by 10 countries in early January, Inside U.S. Trade has learned. USTR has been holding consultations with those countries as part of its probes. Sources said the agency hopes to wrap up those consultations this month.
