Sources: Commerce faces pushback from other agencies on scope of 232 steel report

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who this week was expected to issue a report on his department’s investigation into the national security implications of steel imports, is facing pushback from several government agencies on the scope of his plans, sources told Inside U.S. Trade.
