Sen. Young: ‘Failure’ to forge digital trade rules could hamper AI collaboration

A “failure” to forge enforceable rules governing digital trade could jeopardize international efforts to collaborate on artificial intelligence regulation, Sen. Todd Young (R-IN) charged this week.
