Ross cites EU elections in describing lack of progress in trans-Atlantic talks

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross on Wednesday said Europe’s recent parliamentary elections were holding up trade negotiations between the U.S. and European Union. The EU held its parliamentary elections last month. Parliament and member states are in the process of forming a government and selecting a president of the European Commission.
