Neal calls for ITC report on AGOA as Congress considers program’s future
House Ways & Means Committee Chair Richard Neal (D-MA) is calling on the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate the impacts of the African Growth and Opportunity Act as lawmakers consider the program’s future.
