NAFTA draft notice includes language similar to TPP text on investment, IP, SOEs
A draft notice of the Trump administration's intent to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement includes language on investment, intellectual property and state-owned enterprises that closely tracks with achievements the Obama administration claimed it made negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
