Mexico sends USMCA entry-into-force notification to U.S., Canada

Mexico has notified the U.S. and Canada that it has completed internal procedures required for the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement to take effect, according to a top Mexican official who said the U.S. had not yet done so.
