Mexican lawmakers flag concerns about EV incentives, seasonal produce

Ahead of an inaugural U.S.-Mexico-Canada deputies meeting, Mexican lawmakers raised a host of issues with the United States’ implementation of the trade pact, including long-running concerns over seasonal produce and a stalled proposal to provide tax incentives for U.S.-made electric vehicles.
