Kudlow: Hong Kong, not Biden allegations, could impact China trade talks
Developments in Hong Kong could change the course of the U.S.-China trade talks, but President Trump’s request that China open an investigation on presidential candidate Joe Biden and the House Democrats’ impeachment inquiry are unlikely to impact the negotiations, according to White House National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow.
