Kudlow: Administration waiting for Pelosi's nod before submitting USMCA bill
Tuesday marked the first day the Trump administration could legally send a U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement implementing bill to Capitol Hill, but National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow said the draft legislation was unlikely to be submitted before House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) gave the go-ahead.
