Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA) and Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) on Tuesday introduced a revised version of their bill that would develop an outbound investment screening mechanism focused on certain sectors and aimed at preventing offshoring of supply chains to “foreign adversaries” such as China or Russia.
