ITC Rules Against Brazil, India, Korea and UK In Cold-Rolled Steel Case

Russia on Sept. 2 avoided an injury determination in an antidumping and subsidization case involving cold-rolled steel, but the U.S. International Trade Commission found similar products from Brazil, India, South Korea and the United Kingdom did injure or threaten to injure the U.S. steel industry.
