ITC Rules Against Brazil, India, Korea and UK In Cold-Rolled Steel Case

Russia on Sept. 2 avoided an injury determination in an antidumping and subsidization case involving cold-rolled steel, but the U.S. International Trade Commission found similar products from Brazil, India, South Korea and the United Kingdom did injure or threaten to injure the U.S. steel industry. As a result of the determination, the Commerce Department will issue antidumping orders against Brazil, India, Korea and the United Kingdom, and countervailing duty orders against Brazil, India and Korea.
