House Foreign Affairs markup reveals deep divide over China strategy
A House Foreign Affairs Committee markup this week of a bill aimed at countering China shows deep partisan divisions over how Congress should craft its approach to China’s rise as well as a considerable chasm between the House and Senate’s legislative approaches.
