House Democrats seek to recoup constitutional authority in GSP, MTB renewal bill

Following Senate moves to renew two trade-preference programs, House Democrats have unveiled their own renewal legislation in a push to reclaim constitutional authority over the introduction of revenue-raising measures, Ways & Means Committee lawmakers told Inside U.S. Trade on Thursday.
