House Democrats to Biden: Relaunch Environmental Goods Agreement talks

A group of Democratic lawmakers on Wednesday introduced a resolution that would direct the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to resume Environmental Goods Agreement negotiations at the World Trade Organization within 90 days.
