House bill calls for probe of compatibility of Korea’s anti-monopoly bill with trade commitments
House Ways & Means Committee member Carol Miller (R-WV) has introduced legislation that would direct the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to examine the effects of proposed South Korean anti-monopoly legislation on U.S businesses and assess its compatibility with the country’s international trade obligations.
