Governors urge passage of CHIPS Act funding to spur semiconductor ‘re-shoring’

Congress must fund the Creating Helpful Incentives to Produce Semiconductors for America Act to help protect U.S. manufacturing and secure semiconductor supply chains, a group of nine governors said on Wednesday.
