DOJ to USTR: Reject supply chain proposals that would lead to consolidation

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative should reject any proposals related to supply chain resilience that would lead to further consolidation in key industries, the Justice Department’s antitrust division has told the agency, urging collaboration in areas of overlap, particularly related to competition policy.
