Conservative free-market groups blast ITC’s solar safeguard investigation

A coalition of conservative free-market groups is urging the U.S. International Trade Commission to reject a finding of injury in an ongoing safeguard investigation, saying jobs were lost the last time the U.S. imposed import restrictions under the statute.
