Commerce sets final duties on Bombardier totaling almost 300 percent

Bombardier’s C Series 100- to 150-seat aircraft will face antidumping and countervailing duties of almost 300 percent if shipped into the U.S., the Commerce Department announced today. The International Trade Commission will make its final injury determination by Feb. 1, and if injury is found, Commerce will issue AD and CVD orders.
