Commerce issues preliminary CVD determination in aluminum sheet case

The Commerce Department on Tuesday said Chinese exporters of common alloy aluminum sheet receive significant countervailable subsidies. The preliminary subsidy margins outlined by Commerce range from 31.20 percent to 113.30 percent of the value of imported common alloy aluminum sheet from China.
