Commerce findings in Section 232 neodymium magnet probe in Biden’s hands

The Commerce Department has completed its review of whether imports of neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets threaten U.S. national security and delivered its findings to the president, according to the agency. Commerce initiated an investigation on Sept. 24, 2021, under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
