Commerce determines 14 countries dumped aluminum extrusions in U.S.

The Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that aluminum extrusion imports from 14 countries have been sold in the U.S. at “less than fair value,” with Turkey and China receiving the largest dumping rates. Commerce last year launched antidumping investigations into aluminum extrusions from China, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam in response to petitions from domestic producers and the United Steelworkers; the same imports from four of those countries...
