Commerce committee chair hopes to hold hearing on Ross as early as next week

Senate Commerce Committee Chairman John Thune (R-SD) hopes to hold a confirmation hearing for President-elect Trump's pick for Commerce secretary, Wilbur Ross, as early as next week, he said on Jan. 3 -- adding that he expects Ross will be confirmed by the Senate.
