Commerce announces auto parts tariff ‘inclusions’ process

The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration has announced a quarterly process for domestic producers to request the inclusion of additional auto parts on a list of goods subject to U.S. national security duties, with the first submission period set to open next week.
