CIT declines short-term halt for IEEPA tariffs, finding no ‘irreparable harm’
Judges on the Court of International Trade have declined to immediately halt the implementation of President Trump’s International Emergency Economic Powers Act tariffs, asking for further briefings and scheduling a May 13 hearing on whether to block the duties over the long term.
