As China tariff rate jumps to 145 percent, Beijing says it’s open to talks
Beijing on Thursday said it was willing to hold trade talks with the U.S. but stopped short of calling for negotiations after the Trump administration confirmed its exports to the U.S. now face 145 percent tariffs.
