CCP policy recommends focus on market openings in five-year plan
The Chinese Communist Party on Tuesday issued recommendations for China’s next five-year plan that say the country’s focus on expanding domestic consumption and growth will support expanded market openings and multilateralism. The recommendations came just days after an April speech by President Xi Jinping was published for the first time.
