CARICOM chair presses Trump for exemption from port fees
The chair of the Caribbean Community, Barbadian Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley, has appealed to President Trump to protect the region from the potential impacts of proposed fees on Chinese-built ships that dock at U.S. ports.
